I. Limitation of Returns & Exchanges on specific products:
– Customers provide full video/ photos taken when opening the package, along with the purchase receipt.
– To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused with tags and accessories (if any) and it has not been used, washed or ironed and smelled.
– Shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable.
– For products ordered on e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok), L Seoul will comply with the exchange’s return policy.
II. Return cases:
1. L Seoul commits to free returns if:
– The product has a manufacturing defect.
– L Seoul delivers the wrong products or it has been out of stock.
2. Size exchange cases:
– The products must have enough quantity for delivery.
– Customers need to pay for express fees 2 ways or extra fees (if any)
3. Different items exchange cases:
– In case the exchanged product has a higher value, the customer needs to pay for the price differences.
– In case of products that have lower value, we currently do not support refunding the price differences.
– Customers need to pay for express fees 2 ways or extra fees (if any)
III. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
– In case the products have been removed tags and damaged due to improper use, L Seoul will not support return.
– Over 48 hours from receiving the package, if L Seoul does not receive any feedback about the status of the product, L Seoul will assume the product to be approved.
– L Seoul will not accept returns on products featured in promotions and discounts that do not have manufacturer faults.
– L Seoul has the right to refuse any return request if the customer does not comply with L Seoul’s return policy.
IV. Refund time:
– We have a 07-day return policy, which means you have 07 after receiving your items to request a return. After 07 days, L Seoul has the right to deny any consumer refund request.
– Customers can return products directly to L Seoul’s shop or use the express delivery service.
– L Seoul only accepts one-time exchange/ order.
